1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Shell66 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the shell66.app website, the Shell66 mobile app, and all services provided by Shell66 (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

2Account Eligibility

• Selling, transferring, or attempting to transfer an account to another party

8Account Suspension and Closure

Shell66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms
• Detection of fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities
• At the member's own request to close the account

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the Shell66 support team. Any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security and compliance checks have been completed.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Shell66 reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the violating activity while conducting further investigation.

9Privacy and Data Protection
